Welcome to the Marlow Riders web site. We are a cycling club based in Marlow, Bucks, with links to the Marlow Striders running club.
Marlow Riders ethos is based on sociable cycling for all, we welcome all levels of cyclists to join us….you will not be left behind. We start together and finish together and on the way we may enjoy a “cuppa”. This year we are concentrating on road cycling and during 2012 will be running our first sportive – the Red Kite Ride.
We arrange various club rides during the week. Our regular rides are every Saturday morning from Marlow Sports Club when we go out in three groups at different speeds, all with a group leader. We also have informal rides on Sunday mornings, and from April to about September we run evening rides each Tuesday and Thursday (now suspended for the winter). We also have occasional Wednesday morning rides for some of our Cheetah group. For details including current times please see the Group Rides tab.
Everyone is welcome to join us for up to five rides for free. However for insurance reasons we will require everyone who rides with us more than five times to join the club.
